With Foam Clay, you can easily and colorfully decorate a variety of crafting materials such as glass, wood, cardboard, terracotta, or even textiles with imaginative designs. This foam-like, soft modeling clay, featuring fun tiny polystyrene beads, does not smear, is health-safe, and hardens on its own while you let it dry for one to three days after crafting. When stored in an airtight container, Foam Clay has a very long shelf life. Even if you forget to put the lid back on immediately after use, you can still use the clay. By adding a little water and kneading it well, you can restore its elasticity. The many different colors available can be mixed to create new shades; for example, mixing blue and yellow results in a lovely green. It is also possible to simply layer different colored elements on top of each other, as they adhere almost instantly. The dried and hardened clay can be cut into suitable shapes using appropriate tools like knives or scissors. After rolling it out with a rolling pin or small rolling stick and allowing a thin layer of Foam Clay to dry, it can also be used for cutting out figures with cookie cutters or suitable motif punches.
