Preparation and gameplay:

The goal of the game is to guess the term before the hangman is fully drawn. The "Hangman" is the player who has to guess the term, while the "Letter Master" leads the game. The Hangman tears off the bottom piece of the game sheet without looking at the back and hands the solution slip to the Letter Master. The Letter Master selects one of the 2 terms and crosses out the other.

The Hangman calls out a letter and crosses it off the alphabet. The Letter Master then indicates whether the letter is in the solution word and reveals its corresponding position. The Hangman then writes the letter in the correct position. If the letter is not in the word, the Hangman must color in a body part. The game ends as soon as the Hangman has correctly guessed the solution word or all body parts are drawn. If the Hangman names an incorrect solution word, a body part must be colored in as a penalty.
