The DL-55 is a powerful and lightweight gasoline engine. With the standard muffler and a 20/10 propeller, the engine achieves excellent performance values, which can be further enhanced with a tuned pipe. The range of propellers extends from 22/8 to 23/8. A high-quality processor-controlled ignition system is included as standard. The total weight of the engine with muffler and ignition is approximately 1570 g, making it a lightweight in its class. The engine is designed for a gasoline (93 octane) oil mixture of 1:30.
