Guillermo Mordillo, born on August 4, 1932, in Buenos Aires, is an Argentine humorous illustrator. At the age of 18, he began illustrating children's books and drawing for animated films. In 1955, he moved to Lima as an advertising graphic designer and in 1960 to New York, where he focused more on animation. In 1963, he relocated to Paris and has been internationally recognized as a humorous illustrator since 1970. His cartoons, posters, calendars, postcards, animated films, and books are very popular in many countries. He has received numerous international awards for his work. Mordillo lived in Mallorca for 17 years starting in 1980 and now resides in Monaco.

His characters, known for their distinctive large, round noses, are particularly famous.
