Framework, board game for 1-4 players, ages 8 and up (EN edition)

120 tiles and 88 game pieces - that's all you need for a varied, abstract gaming experience in Framework. In this new game by Uwe Rosenberg, everything revolves around frames in different colors. These must be cleverly placed to complete tasks printed in the center of the tiles. The first player to use all their game pieces and thus fulfill 22 tasks wins the game immediately.

In Framework, not only tactical planning is required, but also thinking outside the box, as fulfilling a task counts not only the directly adjacent frames but also all tiles with at least one frame of the same color that are horizontally and/or vertically adjacent. It is also crucial who takes the right tiles from the center at the right moment. With clever placement, chain reactions can be triggered, allowing multiple tasks to be completed at once.
