Osmo is magical: In the award-winning games, children use real game pieces inspired by Froebel and Montessori education. Everything they place in front of the iPad with their game pieces comes to life on the screen in a magical way (an internet connection is not required during gameplay). An Osmo base is included in the kit. An iPad is not included. Both are needed for the game.

Learning content: The four games complement each other meaningfully. In ABCs, children form letters and pictures with sticks and rings. They learn the alphabet, sounds, and over 300 words. It's the perfect introduction to reading and writing. In Squiggle Magic, children create their own designs with game pieces and bring them to life on the screen. In Costume Party, they experiment with clothing and colors, and in Stories, they use their game pieces to help the characters on the screen, thus shaping the stories. The Little Genius Starter Kit can be explored by young children on their own or together with their parents.

iPad Tablet compatibility: Compatible with all iPad models, except iPad 1-4, iPad Pro 12.9, iPad Pro 11, iPad Air 10.9 (2020), iPad Mini 6 (for these models, the iPad Reflector 2021 is required). iOS version: at least iOS version 9 is required.
