A new mysterious fairy folk appears in Ayuma: the Moon Fairies. Through their Star Oracle, the Moon Fairies create quite a stir in the Fairy Forest. To determine the next moon phase, they perform their magical Star Oracle at the Moon Fairy Spring. This involves setting the top in the middle of the lake in motion. Depending on which basin the stars fall into, a blood moon may occur, and the expressions of the Moon Fairies change. The magical spring is fed by the three waterfalls of the floating rock.

The Playmobil toy set includes two Moon Fairies with their soul animals, an otter and a heron, a kingfisher, a fairy spring, a top, crystals, and many other magical extras. The Moon Fairy figures have interchangeable faces.
