Are the feet of the trampoline rustproof? I can't find any information on this anywhere

Are the ladder and protective mats included in the trampoline package? Thank you in advance for the answer.

We would like to give our son a trampoline and put it on the balcony. The Garfunky 244cm could fit. I have two questions in particular. The balcony is 251cm high. Isn't there a risk that our son, 122cm / 23Kg, will jump too high and hit his head? And what is the noise level like, especially with this trampoline? Has anyone had any experience. Maybe also in general with trampolines on the balcony? Thank you very much!
