Product details

The ground carbon fiber from R&G is a high-quality accessory for model building, characterized by its fine grain of 0.2 mm. It is made from recycled carbon fibers and offers an excellent way to create lightweight yet hard fillers. This carbon fiber is particularly suitable for use with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resins. The grinding process removes a large portion of the PU sizing, leading to optimal distribution of the short fibers within the resin. The ground carbon fiber is not only suitable for producing electrically conductive coatings and adhesives but also for reinforcing press and filler materials. With a carbon content of 94% and a tensile strength of 3500 MPa, this product provides high performance and stability.
