Is the Porsche delivered assembled or is it a kit? If it's a kit, how many parts does it consist of?

As usual with Playmobil, you have to put some parts together, in the case of the Porsche it is the wheels and hubcaps as well as the latching of the front axle (steering) and rear axle (drive) modules. The number plates also have to be glued on.
In addition, there is a 3-part land owl, a clock for the driver and two glues for the notebook (screen and keyboard).
The assembly is easy and there are illustrated instructions in Lego style.
