Abena Pants Premium are disposable trousers that are worn like normal underwear. Abena Pants Premium contain elastic threads, which is why these pants fit the body better and do not slip. Abena Pants Premium are equipped with elastic Lycra bands that are free of latex, so they can be worn without hesitation even if you have a latex allergy. The lateral leakage stops provide maximum safety and reliably retain the liquid. Thanks to the colour coding, it is always easy to find the right size again. The wetness indicator with additional scale gives you immediate feedback on how well the product is used and when it is best to change it. The TOP-Dry system securely traps urine inside the nappy and minimises the risk of skin irritation.
