Hydrosorb hydrogel dressing is a transparent hydrogel dressing featuring a gas-permeable, liquid- and germ-tight top layer made of polyurethane. It releases moisture and allows for wound inspection without the need for a dressing change. This dressing is suitable for superficial wounds in the granulation and epithelization phase and does not have surrounding adhesive foil.
