Application

The INOA system consists of two components. Use INOA exclusively with the new INOA oxidant. For application, mix 60 g of the rich oxidant (3%, 6%, or 9%) with 60 g of INOA cream and blend until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved. For gray hair coverage and a lift of 2 levels, use the INOA oxidant 6%. For a lift of 3 levels, use the INOA oxidant 9%.
