Nouba Rainbow is a liquid eyeliner with high color pigmentation, designed to emphasize the eye contour and accentuate the shadows. It is easy to apply thanks to the brush, dries very quickly, and offers excellent adhesion without smudging. It contains some sparkling glitter. The Nouba Rainbow features very high color pigmentation. Microbeads provide intense color that reveals its full vibrancy upon application. Enriched with Vitamin E for exceptional compatibility.

Application: Start from the middle of the lash line and stroke outward, then draw from the inner corner of the eye to the middle.
