I can say that this tool is great for people who train in the traditional way and who practise any sport. It clearly does not replace discipline-specific training. It is an excellent addition to a training programme.

The device can only really be judged after a long-term test. Since I only use it for about three weeks, I can not make any statement at this time on the long-term use.
The device appears to be very solidly manufactured and of high quality. The documentation is so good that really everyone can work with it even without an anatomy atlas. The self-control of the device also helps inexperienced users get started.
When I repeatedly noticed advertising material from fitness centers in the Zurich trams and buses promoting their EMS workouts, I initially thought for a long time: "Hocus pocus!" Honestly, those ads were on par with ads for, say, distance healing spells for me.... 😂 Somehow they are all trying to make money.... 😂 Well, those associations were initially triggered for me by the PT gyms' ads for EMS workouts. But somehow "EMS" stuck anyway and ended up on my beige of researches to be done.
When Galaxus specifically advertised the SP 8.0, I seized the moment to finally get the pending research on EMS done. Okay. Highly interesting! EMS is indeed serious 😀 But a full body EMS workout machine for home would be beyond my budget. A handy device like the SP 8.0, on the other hand, can be budgeted for somehow if you really want to.
Plus, it has everything in the way of programs that anatomy noobs need to plug'n'play with the device. I also really like the massage function. The price-performance ratio seems good to me (price of the Galaxus day action: exceptionally good). I use the device complementary to recreational sports, and I have also used it to treat sore muscles.
