Heat therapy: In a 24-minute session, heat therapy helps to combat muscle and joint pain, sore muscles and poor circulation. Choose the temperature that feels best for you: 35C, 39C or 43C. Cold Therapy: 18-minute session, cold therapy helps to relieve joint, muscle and soft tissue pain and reduce inflammation, swelling and muscle pain. You can also choose the temperature that is most comfortable for you: 16C, 12C or 8C. Benefits: Reduces inflammation and swelling and relieves joint, muscle and soft tissue pain. Contrast therapy: In a 20-minute session, contrast therapy combines targeted cold and heat to maximize recovery and reduce post-workout muscle soreness.
