Application: Use only Welloxon Perfect developers with this product. To darken or to perform a tone-on-tone coloring or to lighten a tone, use Welloxon Perfect developer 6%. For a lift of two levels, use Welloxon Perfect developer 9%. The mixing ratio is 1:1. Example: 60ml Illumina Color and 60ml Welloxon Perfect developer 6%.
