Can the Omron M3 Comfort be used with an Omron mains adapter (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s6/product/omron-netzadapter-blutdruckmessgeraet-10637292)?

Yes you can use this AC adapter or 4 AA batteries. One thing I noticed is that if you have batteries inside, it will use & drain the batteries even if the AC adapter is connected. So you have to take the batteries out to use the adapter.
