Question about Medisana Bs 444
Hello everyone... maybe someone can help me. I am technically not the dpmmste, but with my scale only the weight comes (and the falache shows, because checked with 2nd scale) now: why does it always show 20kg more? Why does only the weight and BMI fat etc. not come up? Uuuand did the programming and synch. with the app also take forevers???? Thanks for the help... otherwise it goes back....

Hey, please make sure the scale is on a level floor - put the scale somewhere else, does it still show a wrong weight? Or try putting a 6-pack of water on it and see if the weight is correct.
As soon as you have created a profile with all the data in the app, the connection via Bluetooth should work without any problems - I had the problem at the beginning that I couldn't connect. It was because I didn't allow the app to get my location. After that it worked.
