I bought on 10.09.21. And 1 hour battery charge. Today the battery is already empty. Is that possible?

Had to charge my battery after exactly one year of daily use.

I bought the product 18 months ago and have charged it twice so far, using it every day. Battery does not seem to be in order for such a short holding time.
