I have plugged in the charging station of my Waterpik SR3000-E and put on the toothbrush holder. But nothing happens. No light, nothing. Did I miss something or do I just have to wait 24 hours?

You don't have to take anything away. In this case, I would probably send it back as a warranty case.

The first time the toothbrush is used, it must be charged for 24 hours. The charging process is indicated by the lights lighting up. If they do not light up, I would check that the toothbrush is correctly positioned.
