No, it is not possible to program the Omron Evolv. It connects to the Omron Connect app but is not designed for automatic night-time measurements.
On the other hand, there is the Omron Nightview which takes 2 measurements during the night (2:01 and 4:02). This is a super silent wrist blood pressure monitor. You won't find it on Galaxus, but on Amazon or on praxisdienst.de or .fr.

As for the batteries, I use it several times a day and I've had the same set of batteries for 3 months.

The cuff is made of fabric and velcro (like the blood pressure monitors in your doctor's surgery).

I haven't measured how many measurements you can take with one set of batteries, it depends on the number of measurements you take per day, but it's a lot. However, you should take care to remove the batteries if the blood pressure monitor is not used regularly.
