What is the difference between the MGS-150D , the MGS-801 , the MGS-321 and finally the MGS-N12CS ? I've been reading for 2 hours and I really don't know.

Is actually a bit confusing, the differences seem to be as follows:
MGS-150D without battery, 3 functions (without change of running direction).
MGS-801 without battery, 4 functions
MGS-321 is with battery, 4 functions
MGS-N12CS is with battery, 3 functions (without change of direction) and carrying case
Strangely enough, I bought MGS-150D, but it also has 4 functions...
