Brabantia ironing boards are delivered in factory plastic. The product is destroyed during transport.

By wanting to save a few francs to "pack" the ironing boards, Galaxus is doing the opposite of being environmentally friendly. Thousands of products go to waste. I have experienced this. I have also read other reviews of other ironing boards. Many other products arrive damaged for other customers too. This is not normal. However, the galaxus website states in black and white: "We PACK all orders WITH CARE and ensure that the goods are delivered in IRREPROCHABLE condition." Sticking a label on a light factory plastic veil is not "we pack" with "care". Much less "flawless". The very light factory plastic is only 1mm. This plastic is very insufficient for the protection of these products during transport. Why doesn't Galaxus pack this type of product? They can even charge for the extra. I would have been willing to pay 15 francs more and have a properly packed product.
