The new on-Cloud have a quality problem. The fabric on the inside of the heel tears after a short time. I have 5 shoes with this problem, even though I only wore them for a short time. The old models didn't have this problem. If you complain, you are asked to go through a warranty process with the retailer. Not exactly customer-friendly.

Hello I wear my Ons with the elastic bands, not with laces. Does anyone know where I can get new elastic bands?

I am very satisfied with the ON shoes. I noticed that once I wore them in the rain (completely soaked) that they no longer smell good after drying, they almost stink. Has anyone had this experience and a useful tip to get rid of the smell? Thank you!

My old pair of On shoes was super comfortable. I wore them to work (>10000 steps per day). Unfortunately, the sole was now cracked and abraded and I almost slipped, so I wanted to buy new ones (so On's are really not very durable). But the new models have a slanted application that runs right over the big toe and presses so hard that the nail bed has become inflamed. Are there still old models somewhere, or are there new models without this reinforcement over the big toe?

Hello Together I have been buying On Running shoes for a while now. I bought my last shoe in April and have been running in them every day since. The shoes still look almost like the first day. I have never had any problems with the shoes. However, I have seen a lot of criticism lately and wanted to ask if the quality has improved again, or if you should steer clear of the shoes at the moment?

The shoes look good, are very comfortable and very light. However, the quality leaves a lot to be desired. I've had the shoes for 3 months and the fabric is already worn through at the heel. For a shoe in this price range, this should not be the case. Also, almost all the logos fall off after a few wears.

Great that you offer the ON shoes. Unfortunately only up to size 47! I need the 48! What a pity. So I have to go to the specialist shop!
