So far I had no success with the set-up of the camera on my network. When you unbox the camera, i first had to reset the cam. Before that nothing would work. Now the cam has an ip address in my network but is not visible for the piper app. The guys from the piper support are not very helpful either. I adked them for firewall exceptions, modem settings etc. but no answer apart from useless "check with your isp provider" and "no special modem settings are necessary" comments. Sorry digitec but I am about to send the whole package back for refund.
