Return period now standardised for Galaxus EU shops

Galaxus is introducing a standard 30-day return period for EU countries. Returning items will remain free of charge.
Until now, marketplace products purchased from galaxus.de came with a 30-day return period. At times, products sold by Galaxus directly were even returnable for up to 100 days after receipt. We’re now standardising our return periods, making all products returnable for up to 30 days.This step also eliminates differences within the EU caused by the fact that the marketplace service isn’t yet available in all countries where Galaxus operates.

For orders received before these changes were made to our GTC, the return period specified at the time of the order applies.
