Standard Configuration
The DIN rail power supply modules BVS240XDPDR and BVS480XDPDR must each be equipped with at least one XB005XPDR to function as a fully-fledged uninterruptible DIN rail 24V DC power supply.

Extend Runtime
By connecting external battery packs to the corresponding BVS DIN rail power supply module instead of one, three, or a maximum of four XB005XPDR, you can increase the number of minutes the DIN rail requires. The emergency power supply can independently provide backup power, allowing for seamless extension. With a load of 480 watts, a runtime of up to 30 minutes is even possible.
