Product details
The Aruba 550 Series with 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6), combined with Aruba's intelligent software innovations, is designed to provide powerful connectivity for extremely dense deployments of mobile devices and IoT.
The 550 Series is engineered to serve multiple clients and traffic types simultaneously with dual-radio (8x8 + 4x4 MIMO) and an optional tri-radio mode, boosting overall network performance by up to four times compared to 802.11ac access points.
In addition to the benefits offered by 802.11ax, the 550 Series features differentiated capabilities, including AI-driven Wi-Fi RF optimization, persistent connectivity, WPA3-certified security, and unified wired and wireless policy management with dynamic segmentation. The Green AP mode provides AI-driven energy savings of up to 70%.
Enhanced performance: Aruba's ClientMatch feature intelligently groups Wi-Fi 6 clients onto the best access points to fully leverage the multi-user capabilities of 802.11ax.
Intelligent power management: Aruba's unique Smart PoE allows the existing switching infrastructure to power access points.
IoT and location-ready: Utilize your Wi-Fi infrastructure to support Zigbee and Bluetooth devices and applications.
