In addition, the adhesion between the prints and the plate has been significantly improved, eliminating the need for adhesive. *In some situations, adhesive is required for very specialised filaments. Self-separation after cooling PEI is an excellent material for 3D printing applications as it can withstand the repeated heating and cooling cycles of a printer bed. Prints detach easily when the temperature of the heating bed reaches room temperature, and we always recommend waiting until it reaches 35℃ or less. If the print still sticks to the plate, simply bend the steel plate and the model will fall right into your hands.
