Product details

The Bambu Lab TPU 90A is a flexible 3D printing filament with a Shore hardness of 90A, offering an excellent balance between flexibility and structural integrity. It is particularly suitable for applications such as shoe soles, RC tires, and functional components that require both flexibility and strength.

Key Features:
Outstanding Shock Absorption: Ideal for producing protective cases, soft padding, and flexible seals.
Exceptional Abrasion Resistance: High durability against wear ensures long-lasting print results, even with intensive use.

Technical Specifications:
Density: 1.24 g/cm³
Melting Temperature: 180 °C
Tensile Strength: 12.5 ± 0.8 MPa
Elongation at Break: over 650%

Recommended Printing Settings:
Nozzle Temperature: 200–250 °C
Bed Temperature: 30–35 °C (with adhesive)
Print Speed: under 200 mm/s

Notes:
Drying Before Use: Due to the high moisture absorption of TPU 90A, it is recommended to dry the filament before printing to achieve optimal print results.
Compatibility: Please note that the Bambu Lab TPU 90A is not compatible with the Automatic Material System (AMS) or AMS Lite. For optimal print results, it is recommended to store the filament in a sealed package with desiccant to prevent moisture absorption.
