The Quietcomfort range from Bose has long been a market leader thanks to its combination of high-quality sound and impressively efficient noise cancellation. It's been a while since we took a look at the Bose Quietcomfort Ultra earbuds. Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds
ANC, 6 h, WirelessProduct details
The Bose in-ear headphones with noise-cancelling provide the ultimate earbud experience. Breakthrough spatial sound for a more immersive listening experience that lets you feel your music better than ever before, regardless of content or source. Bose Immersive Audio takes what you hear out of your head and puts it in front of you so you can hear it as naturally as possible. And CustomTune technology goes one step further by analysing the shape of your ear and adjusting the sound and premium noise-cancelling so that everything sounds exactly as it should. And it's customisable. You get combinations of ear insert and stability band sizes to find the fit. And with up to 6 hours of playtime, you can listen to your favourite songs for as long as you like (up to 4 hours with Immersive Audio). And the included case with charging function holds up to three additional charges. Connect to your devices via advanced Bluetooth 5.3 and keep track of your paired devices in the Bose Music app. You'll also be guided through setup, you can customise a shortcut and you'll have access to customisable EQ settings. Available in black or smoked white.

Excellent noise cancelling, powerful sound and great wearing comfort - unfortunately, a constant hissing noise disturbs in quiet music passages.
The strength of the Bose QuietComfort Ultra undoubtedly lies in the convincing ANC system, which leaves the very decent sound almost unaffected. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of usability and workmanship.
Bose probably offers the most efficient ANC tested - but with slight noise. Good sound with a very comfortable fit and a good app.
Not every pair of Bluetooth headphones is suitable for everyone. Some sound great, others sit better in the ear when jogging. Some models shine with super-long battery life, others as a headset in the home office. You can find your personal test winner with the help of our database...
