Di-Soric Inductive wire break sensor
SensorProduct details
The inductive wire break sensor from Di-Soric is a highly advanced electronic module designed for reliable monitoring of wire breaks in various applications. With a static evaluation mechanism, this sensor offers precise detection of wire breaks, making it ideal for use in industrial environments. The sensor has an inner diameter of 6.1 mm and is designed to maintain a minimum mounting distance of 5 mm from metal. It operates with a supply voltage of 10 to 35 V DC and provides a pnp type switching output with a maximum current of 200 mA. The robust plastic construction and IP 67 protection rating ensure high resistance to environmental influences, while the sensor can be operated in a temperature range of -25 to +70 °C. Connection is made via a 4-pin M12 connector, allowing for easy integration into existing systems.
- Maximum part speed of 35 m/s
- No-load current of up to 11 mA
- Pulse extension of 10 to 150 ms
- Robust housing material made of plastic
- IP 67 protection rating for high environmental resistance.
