Materials
The sport band is made from a flexible, robust silicone material – similar to that used in many sports watches. It fastens with an aluminum buckle.

Water Resistance
The sport bands for Fitbit Charge 4 and Charge 3 are water-resistant up to 50 meters deep. After swimming or whenever the band gets wet, it should be thoroughly dried. Like all items worn directly on the skin, the band should always be kept clean and dry. It should not be worn in a hot bath or sauna.

Care
If the band gets wet or you sweat heavily, remove it and dry it completely before putting it back on. Give your wrist a break from time to time by taking off the band.
