Wind sensor n/t 1Z 100-265V AC IP65. This wind sensor with an external wind sensor is used to monitor the current wind speed. If the wind speed exceeds the set threshold, the internal relay device is activated. In combination with the controllers STR-3 or STR-4, a system can be set up to close window grilles or roller blinds during strong winds.

The controller operates in two modes:

1. Continuous operation: When the wind speed exceeds the set value, the internal relay contact closes and remains closed as long as the gust of wind persists. In combination with the tablet controllers STR-3 and STR-4, this mode ensures that the tablets are closed and locked in the closed position during strong winds until the wind subsides. The wind speed adjustment interval at which the alarm is triggered must be continuously adjustable from 30 km/h (Position A) to 80 km/h (Position B).

2. Pulse operation: If the wind speed exceeds the set value, the internal relay contact closes for about 1.5 seconds by sending a single command to close to the controllers. Together with the tablet controllers STR-3 and STR-4, this mode ensures that the tablets are closed during strong winds, but the user can lift the tablets at any time. The wind speed adjustment range at which an alarm signal is triggered is continuously adjustable from 20 km/h (Position D) to 70 km/h (Position C).
