It integrates optional filters (VND, Gradient, Mist, Steak, Straight ND) into one system. The adjustable top flag made of carbon fiber minimizes glare or stray light, ensuring excellent image quality.

Versatile Integration: The Eiger Matte Box system is compatible with slide-in filters and magnetic or threaded filters. It also supports the use of Freewell's previous magnetic quick-swap system, threaded VND filters, and Freewell Eiger filters, providing a wide range of compatibility to meet your various filter needs.

Effortless Detachment: The sunshade can be easily removed with a quick-release mechanism activated by a button press. This convenient feature allows for effortless accessory changes and scene adjustments for greater flexibility while shooting.

Future-Proof: With the Eiger Matte Box, you no longer have to worry about choosing the right filter thread size. This versatile system is designed to be compatible with the included adapters from 67 mm to 82 mm with lenses up to 95 mm. There is also the option to purchase an adapter for 52 mm, 55 mm, 58 mm, 62 mm, and 95 mm separately.
