Hamlet HUSCR-ACY is a smart card reader that, in combination with the health card (TS), the national service card (CNS), or the regional service card (CRS), provides secure access to public administration portals such as INPS, the tax authority, and the electronic health record (FSE). Users can view and manage personal tax data, request certificates and documents, access medical reports and prescriptions, and schedule appointments for visits and examinations without having to physically go to the offices.

The HUSCR-ACY smart card reader is also compatible with the software of the Italian Chambers of Commerce and can be used with the CNS to apply digital signatures to electronic documents. This allows users to sign contracts, certificates, and other official documents with legal validity directly from their computer.

Hamlet HUSCR-ACY connects to the computer via a USB cable and is compatible with the ISO 7816, PC/SC 2.0, and USB-IF CCID standards. It also has Microsoft WHQL certification and EMV.
