The January and February updates bring new TVs from Philips, Hisense, Grundig and LG into our test database. Ten of them perform well overall. Even more - 15 - have a good picture. Four TVs are not convincing in terms of picture and are only adequate. The newly tested TVs have screen diagonals from 43 to 65 inches. They are priced between 500 and 2,900 euros.

One or two additional streaming apps would be nice, and PS5 or Xbox-X owners miss the full HDMI 2.1 deck. But otherwise? The Hisense A9G delivered a mature performance in the test with great picture quality and surprisingly good sound.
