With this belt/conveyor belt, you get the best quality for your 3D conveyor belt printing. The iFactory3D Belt has a special surface structure developed exclusively for the iFactory3D printer One Pro. This belt innovation offers the perfect adhesive base for your printing process in manufacturing quality. Our original belt/floating belt is characterized by its optimal adhesion, which ensures great stability during printing. The finished printed parts still come off easily when the belt is rotated. This belt leaves practically no residue that could impair the printing process or print quality after the printed object has been professionally removed and the printing surface has been cleaned as normal. The hard-wearing polymer belt offers the necessary strength to be securely clamped in the 3D conveyor belt printer. At the same time, it is flexible enough that the tension can be individually adjusted so that the belt runs smoothly during the printing process without bouncing or dragging. The connecting seam of the belt is specially treated so that you can use each section evenly thanks to the leveled surface. Our custom nozzle volcano 3D printer nozzle, optimized for 3D printing conveyor belt technology at a 45° angle, offers the best protection against damage to the belt/conveyor belt. The belt of the conveyor belt printer is a wearing part that is exposed to high loads during continuous printing operation. We recommend replacing the belt when the adhesion is no longer sufficient.
