Dual-port Gigabit LAN adapter for use in server environments. The Intel chipset i350 used here offers even more integrated features than the chipset of our LR-92xx series. As a result, the LR-9712 can further offload the main processor compared to the desktop version, reducing the strain on the main processor during network transfers, which is often an issue when using standard network cards in a server environment.
