The story begins with the transformation of a hero. Once a famous hero, now a violent tyrant. The future of the Empire grows darker by the day, and eventually, a liberation army rises against the oppressive rule.

One by one, the 108 Stars of Destiny gather to determine the course of their story. Under two flags, that of the liberation army or that of the Empire, the people represent their own beliefs.

Ideals, honor, friendship, loyalty, love, ambition... Different thoughts drive the souls onto the battlefield. When the fighting is over, what will remain in their hands?

I thought that if I were strong enough, I could protect everyone. 108 stories, prayers, wishes, and tragedies intertwine... and no one is left to tell the tale.

The hero of our story and Jowy were part of the Unicorn Youth Brigade of the Highland Kingdom and took part in a strenuous battle against the city-states. The city-states of Jowston, consisting of the five cities Muse, South Window, Tinto, Greenhill, and Two River, as well as the Matilda Knights and the Highland Kingdom, were locked in an endless struggle for control of the land.

A few months earlier, Agares Blight, King of Highland, and Anabelle, Mayor of Muse, had signed a ceasefire agreement, and both sides were glad that the fighting had come to an end. However, the fire of a new war continues to smolder in the shadows.

More than 140 characters, consisting of the 108 Stars of Destiny, members of the city-states of Jowston, and the enemies of the Highlands, weave together into a dynamic and grand story.
