The Cat. 7 S/FTP LSZH network cable with Cat. 6A connectors supports bandwidths of up to 600 MHz and features a snagless design with gold-plated contacts for Ethernet standards up to 10 GBase-T. The cable material, designed for operating frequencies up to 600 MHz with total shielding and foil individual pair shielding (S/FTP), is intended for use in data centers, server rooms, and rack-mounted network and switch cabinets. These cables are manufactured and tested according to the ISO/IEC 11801 specification. The cables are individually packaged in a polybag. The gold-plated contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-free connections over long periods. A robust, strain-relief design prevents damage to the connector latch during installation and removal. This product uses Cat. 7 cable material. The Cat. 7 standard originally defined the GG45 connectors, which were intended as an evolution of the RJ45 but did not gain market acceptance. Meanwhile, the RJ45 connector has evolved to meet the requirements of Cat. 7 without ever being officially defined for it, which is why the printing on the cable reads: 'Cat. 6A S/FTP patch cable with 600 MHz raw cable'.

Available lengths: 0.3 m, 0.5 m, 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 3 m, 5 m, 7.5 m, 10 m, 15 m, 20 m, 30 m. Available colors: Black, Blue, Gray, Red, White. Complete CAT7 specification with molded cable boots and unique connector latch protection. Low smoke, halogen-free PIMF cable (pairs in metal foil). 8 µm gold-plated pins. 26 AWG stranded cable allows for repeated bending without damage and extends the cable's lifespan.

Patch cable type

The cable type, describes the structure of a network cable. Fiber optic cables are suitable for distribution over longer distances (up to 80 km) and are resistant to interference. Copper cables can be used for distances up to 100 m and are cheaper to purchase.

Contact assignment

The contact assignment provides information on how the network cable can be used. An uncrossed cable can be used to connect terminals to the network, while a crossed cable can be used to connect two terminals.
