The tripod is suitable for both a novice and an advanced photographer and videographer. In the included carrying case, you can easily take it anywhere. Unlike most other tripods, this tripod features clips to secure the legs instead of wing nuts. With a three-pound load capacity and a 1/4" male thread, you can fit almost any camera on it. If your camera has a 3/8" female thread, a 3/8" male adapter nipple will suffice (found in the optional accessories). You can adjust the height of the tripod with the legs and with the crank on the side of the tripod.
