The NiSi V7 Alpha 100mm Aluminum Filter Holder continues the success of our very popular V7 holder. The V7 Alpha is the easiest way to get started with the NiSi 100mm filter system and offers excellent value for money to help you begin using filters.

The NiSi V7 Alpha is designed for use with 100mm wide filters that are 2mm thick and can support three filters of 100mm width and 2mm thickness. Included is an 82mm adapter ring that allows the holder to be attached to any lens with an 82mm standard filter thread. The holder can be combined with our V7 adapter rings to accommodate sizes from 49mm to 77mm (sold separately).

The holder features our superior design with side-pressed clips, allowing for very smooth insertion and removal of filters. The holder can be rotated 360 degrees to adjust graduated neutral density filters for perfect alignment with the horizon and light source.

The V7 Alpha offers:

  • The same filter holder as the V7, with side-pressed clips instead of the traditional top and bottom design. Inserting and removing filters is very smooth.
  • An 82mm adapter ring that is compatible with existing V6/V7 adapter rings for 49mm, 52mm, 55mm, 58mm, 62mm, 72mm, and 77mm (V7 adapter rings sold separately).
  • An affordable entry into the NiSi 100mm filter system.
  • It is made from aircraft-grade aluminum with single machining by CNC machines and has a matte, black frosted finish to minimize reflections.

Please note that this holder can only be used with a 100x100mm polarizing filter.
