Phaetus - DXC Extruder Standard Version Creality K1
Product details
Designed for precision and stability. The angled-tooth DXC gear system allows for the simultaneous engagement of multiple gears with the filament. This progressive engagement drastically reduces deformation and wear of the filament compared to traditional linear designs, thereby improving the overall print surface quality and minimizing jams.
Dual-gear synchronization for clean prints. With its synchronized dual-drive structure, the DXC extruder doubles the contact area with the filament. This enhanced grip prevents the filament from slipping and ensures a constant, uninterrupted feed, resulting in cleaner layer lines and more detailed surfaces.
Adaptive printing for multi-material performance. Thanks to its adaptive printing swing arm, the extruder adjusts to filaments of varying hardness, such as TPU or standard PLA. This makes it ideal for multi-material workflows, as it reduces the need for manual adjustments while maintaining extrusion consistency.
Robust cooling and durability. The open airflow design enhances internal cooling and reduces the risk of thermal creeping and clogging. Combined with the RNC-coated HV3300 gears, which are designed for triple the lifespan, the DXC is suitable for demanding environments as well as long-duration print jobs.
Plug-and-play integration. Installation is quick and straightforward—no firmware rooting is required for use with Creality's K1 series. If you use the optional Omron filament sensor, simply apply the included firmware update to enable improved filament break detection and automatic recovery.
Wide filament compatibility. The DXC supports a broad range of materials: PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA, PC, PA, TPU (95A-85A), PLA-CF, PET-CF, PA-CF.
