Super wear resistance

Using the world's leading ultra-hard tungsten carbide (hardness > 2700Hv (up to 2900Hv)), super wear resistance is ensured, allowing long-term printing without wear to the nozzle hole and flat tip.

High temperature performance

Composed of tungsten carbide and copper alloy with super hardness and excellent conductivity, the maximum printing temperature can be 550℃.

Low thrust

The tungsten carbide nozzle with purity more than 99.98% and high thermal performance ensures uniform temperature of the nozzle tip during printing, guaranteeing stable extrusion.
