But why don't you be so nice and explain to us how it can be that you charge twice as much, what dynamics other than greed are behind this? I would really like the market to give you the "middle finger" and for you to rethink your pricing policy. I also know that your Marketing team will respond with the usual "blah blah blah". But please... Just think about your customers. Or are you just not getting your fill?

Hello Digitec Team Why are your Bambu Lab printers and filaments almost twice as expensive? If every other shop can be supplied by the manufacturer itself, why can't you? And why wouldn't you buy from such a shop and then add 20% to their prices, for example? Just a thought from me, as the 3D printing experience is booming and digitec as well as the customer could benefit.
