Are you using the mydlink Lite app? You can install this app on several devices. Simply log in again with the same login and the camera will automatically appear on the second phone.

Helpful answer

Hello, I used this camera, but I used the motion function through the Synology app. And it works perfectly with this one. I'm sure there are other apps to use camera functions. But I remember that I also had a lot of problems with the camera in the beginning. Even switching from day to night (automatically) didn't work as desired. Still have the switching time-controlled and not automatic. Because it switched back and forth between night and day too often, although it wouldn't have been necessary! Otherwise, however, I am satisfied with the camera.

Change the resolution in the setup under Video. With this cam, max. 640 x 480 pixels (VGA) seems to be adjustable. https://eu.dlink.com/-/media/Consumer_Products/DCS/DCS%20930L/Manual/DE_Manual_DE_RevA.pdf

Yes, WLAN is integrated. So of course you need a Wi-Fi router at home so that you can integrate this camera into the network. Yes, as far as I know, you can also do that on the road. You can also connect it to the modem via an Ethernet cable if you don't have a Wi-Fi router. Enclosed is the data sheet: https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files/3/6/0/2/3/0/220385.pdf PS: My laptop, PlayStation 4, smartphone, tablet, You-Name-It, by the way, don't have an antenna either and they all have WLAN where it works ;-)

Hello GianANNA 1. the camera does not have a battery, it has to be connected to the mains. 2. the camera itself has no memory. This would have to be installed on a network storage device or something similar. 3. there should be no problems with the Swisscom router. Very important: First of all, a profile/account must be created on mydlink. The camera can only be installed once this has been set up. And if data is to be saved, additional software would have to be downloaded from the Internet and installed with which individual photos or entire streams can be taken and saved. Kind regards ZX-12er
