Under Operating System Compatibility it says Mac OS---does this mean the printer will not work with Windows PCs?

I can't answer that conclusively. There is the HP Smart App for smartphones, which is actually very useful. At best, the diversions from the camera via smartphone to the printer must be made. With normal quality, probably between 30 and 40 10x15 pictures on photo paper, but no guarantee.

You get the vignette after registering the printer, after completion there is a link that you can follow and enter your data. then you get the vignette. for me it took about 3 days and I had it at home.
