no, the printer does not have a duplex unit. however, "print on both sides" can be selected via the printer driver. then, after printing the front side, you will be asked to put the pages back into the paper tray upside down and then the back side will be printed (simple manual handling).

This printer (EcoTank) in particular has a pigment-based black ink but dye-based colour inks, and is therefore certainly not suitable for waterproof prints, unless you fill in a different ink, which should be possible with this printer without any problems because of the tank.
